Ocean School is presenting at the AST 2026 Provincial Conference
Join us at this year's Association of Science Teachers Provincial Conference for a workshop exploring the tips, tricks, and tools of Ocean School's platform and content!
In this workshop, Ocean School's Program Manager Ferris Kerr will be showcasing the various resources, shortcuts, educator guides, and collections available to educators teaching grades 5 to 12. The website is established for teachers, with curriculum-connected content, language tools, worksheets, and 'tips and tricks' resources readily accessible without logins or sign-ups.

Ferris Kerr is Ocean School's Program Manager, overseeing the day-to-day activity of the program while developing interdisciplinary ocean research stories and educational resources. They have a background ranging in documentary film production, journalism, arctic mammal research, science education, and educational content development.
