45 minutes workshop for Grades 4 to 8
Join Ocean School and GreenLearning for a highly-interactive plastic upcycling workshop where we will explore the power of creative action! Participants will dive into the history of plastics, discuss the role of circular economies in facing the problems presented by plastics, and participate in a collaborative upcycling workshop where they will be challenged to find creative design-based solutions to keeping plastic out of our environment! Learners and Educators will leave the session with tools and resources for continuing their plastic reduction journey, as well as a feeling of connection to the collective actions being taken towards combating the Plastic Problem!
