From classroom to stream to sea - weaving the story of salmon
Teacher Kim Zumach's students raised coho salmon fry through the Stream to Sea Program, integrating salmon studies into their curriculum. The program, enriched by Ocean School resources and Indigenous involvement, deepened their understanding of salmon's ecological significance.
